The Run

OK - we ran the Fairfield 5k as team Post Road Advisors to seek funding for the Thembi Ngubane Fund, who died of AIDS June 25.  We raised a lot of funds for the cause and it is so appreciated by all.  WELL DONE and MANY THANKS!!!

I am not a runner and thought I was gonna die - even on the 5k - but we made it in 32 minutes and it ended up a good time for all.  Except I can no longer walk.

Please consider donating $5 to prevent AIDs in children and thanks so much for the previous donors!!!!  Yeah!

OK - so what up about the reality?

The reality is that the Obama Miracle is taking longer to activate than we all thought.  

Why?  Well 1) the economic issues are deeper than people thought, 2) there is opposition from the Republicans - not unexpected and surpassable - but an irritant nonetheless, 3) no one trusts Tim Geithner-Ben Bernanke has lost credibility and no one likes Larry Summers.  It is what it is.
